About Nancy

Nancy Curasi is Vice President, Associate Broker/Owner of Curasi Realty, Inc. After graduating from Berkeley College of White Plains in 1985, she went on to hold various positions including office support with IBM, import/export administration with PepsiCo World Trade, executive assistant and then project management with R.H. Donnelley, team leadership with Verizon, and packaging design coordination for Kraft Foods with Art Director's Services. She never knew that all of the experience earned working for these major corporations would lead her to excel in contributing to successfully co-owning and operating her own real estate firm.

She began her real estate career in 2002 when Curasi Realty, Inc. was still an independent real estate brokerage. Soon after, the company was transitioned into a well-regarded national franchise where they operated as such for 14 years. Nancy contributed to the formation of their successful and structured operations. She also created the company's following elite programs; Training, Recruiting Incentive Plan, Mentoring, and Marketing. In addition she assisted in growing the company from 3 sales associates to over 75 sales associates and over $80,000,000 in sales volume annually.

In 2017, the company returned to their roots and began operating as an independent brokerage again. Curasi Realty's success continued and Nancy brought about an invitation-only membership with the prestigious Leading Real Estate Companies of the World where brokerage ranking, reputation and success in our area had to be stellar to meet relationship criteria. This membership allows Curasi Realty, Inc. to be local and global through their network partners of other successful independent real estate firms and is operated through the internal company Relocation Services Department.

In addition, Nancy also holds her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) and SRS (Seller Representation Specialist). She enjoys giving back to the community where she lives and works and many other causes important to her. Most recently where she formed "Team Curasi Realty House of Hearts" raising funds and participating in the American Heart Association's Tri-County Heart Walk at Harriman State Park.

Nancy was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is bi-lingual (English and Spanish) of Puerto Rican descent. She has lived most of her life in New York's Mid-Hudson Valley and considers it home. She is married to Larry Curasi, the Broker, and has one daughter, Arielle Curasi, who is a successful Executive Baking and Pastry Chef and their pride and joy. She most enjoys celebrating the accomplishments of her agents, spending time with her family, and traveling.
