About Juliann

Kevin and I first started our team approach, husband & wife, 16 years ago as owners and operators of our professional heart based pet sitting business “Dog Tales.” This left us responsible for the safety of our clients’ beloved pets and their homes as well as handling any emergencies that may arise. Over the years we have shown our competency, dependability and good character, all the while respecting the privacy of families, while providing warm caring attention for all.
It was a natural transition into real estate simply because of the enormous trust that our clients grew to have for us. We were building our real estate business early on and didn’t know it. Having complete access to clients’ homes while they were away and the responsibility of caring for their loved ones has built great relationships. We understand that buying or selling a home is a major stress event and many times it’s brought about by hardships like job loss, illness, divorce and death. Most people underestimate the impact of the strong emotional side and do not realize it until they’re in it. This is where we come with our humanistic approach in real estate. We recognize our clients as “one of a kind” individuals, while also understanding that everyone is equal and alike in life’s joys and fears. We all want security, predictability and things to go right. On one side we offer compassionate guidance and the other, skilled application of knowledge. This enables us to go beyond business and to make a difference. We emphasize good human behavior with some of the best services and support in town.
Our areas of expertise are in Orange and Ulster Counties while working with clients on buying, selling and rental of their properties.
